[P365: Y3D10] Bali, Day 1

Was MIA (missing in action) for 1 week, the reason is has been kidnapped by jap classmates to a remote tourist island of Bali, Indonesia…

After 3+ hour of flight, finally reach the island. At the airport, while trying to look for taxi to our hotel, we started to feel the pain of counting the money in Rupiah. Ya, can’t get used to paying things in hundred thousands. When a taxi driver approached us demanding 300 thousands for fetching us to a hotel just a short distance away, i was blanked for a moment, not sure whether is he demanding too much. Had end up go to a proper taxi counter instead, which only costs us 50K Rupiah.

After reached hotel, check-in and stuff, it’s already around 11pm. Had to settle our 1st meal at McD in the town, where most of the shops already closed. No choice

Didn’t sleep well for this first night. Bed is comfortable, but the room is quite hot, even after the fan been switched to the max. Air-con you ask? Need to pay separately. It’s a budget hotel after all…
