The “Scratch & Win” scammers, which have trolled several busy streets in the city including Berjaya Times Square, Sungai Wang Plaza, KL Sentral etc for months, have been found targeting a new place, the Kelana Jaya LRT station…

These teenagers, dressed in white polo t-shirts, wearing jeans, and bags on their back, have choose to camp at the entrance which connects to the pedestrian bridge, which is a place commuters much go through if they are coming from the other site of LDP. Nice…
