It’s the first day of the new Lunar Year yesterday, ie 大年初一 (Da Nian Chu Yi)…

Have stay in the house for most of the day, only after watched a 8pm tv news then realised “Sh1t, first day of the year already is an otaku…”. Kinda feel regretted coz have missed a few photo shooting chance earlier the day after watching the news, er… eg. the 新春团拜 (Xin Chun Tuan Bai, New Year Gathering) organised by chinese orgarnisations at the Chinese Assembly Hall, and the 新春团拜 at MCA, which i’ll have a chance to see the Prime Minister (ofcoz not in person, is in the crowd…).

Well, what missed is missed. The place which in mind directly was the Tien Hou Temple. Although not some special / unique place, but better than stay at home…

At first was worried that there’ll be no more people left (thus making the place empty like normal days and no point of visiting then) since it’s already 9pm. But was relieved, and even excited after saw the
long traffic “queuing” to going up to the hill where the temple is situated.

The entrance…

Although had been to the Thien Hou Temple for few times, but this is the first time i pay a visit during the first day of the chinese new year. No, usually i don’t visit temples during the first day.

Well, here comes another year. And also, another year of Project 365… ^^”

Ah, before i forget, although it’s already a day late, wishes all my frens and readers (if there is any… >.< ) a Happy Chinese New Year and may all you wishes come true in this Tiger Lunar Year.

Cheers.

Photos taken yesterday night.
