Seems is Macross Crusade’s 1st promo card…

2009年6月にバンダイより発売のトレーディングカードゲーム「マクロスクルセイド」との特別コラボレーション企画として、
25号には「マクロスクルセイド」の本誌限定カードが付属！詳しくは本誌24号をご覧ください。お楽しみに！

The card will be included in the 25th issue of the magazine “Macross Chronicle”, which will be released in Japan at 25 June. The price for the magazine is 690 yen.

Haha, so fast already have promo card… ^^;

Not sure about the card text, since the card text area had been blurred out. Roughly is: The card actually is the same as the following (which is a common card that can be get from the newly released Booster 1), only with specially illustration:

The card text:

(Defense step): 1 of your unit gains [Swift Strike] until end of turn.
